Leslie refers to herself as a transsexual artist/musician from Joshua Tree, California. She was born a male but has always felt she is really a female inside. A lot of her work is suggestive about the "kitten" she was not born with and the "scratching post and 2 balls of yarn she was born with and the $40,000 operation" it would require to return her to who she is inside.

She has worked in public safety for the past 7 years. I am a big fan of her music (many compare her to Daniel Johnston) and had a feeling she would also be good at making pictures. Many people have purchased her works since the group began in June of 2012. She and Kathy were the first I invited to join Art Not Walmart.
